When should I reserve?

The sooner the better! It helps us prepare for your order.

How do I place my order?

It’s easy! Browse our Product page, see what you like, then fill out our reservation form on the Book Now page. We’ll get back to you within one week with availability and a quote.

How long will it take?

We take flower preservation seriously, and creating the best possible product requires time and patience. Drying flowers can take 7+ days, then design and customization begin. We pour resin 1/8-1/4″ at a time, layer by layer (this is a requirement when working with resin). The deeper the product, the more layers are required. Expect anywhere from 7-14 weeks to receive your final, cured product.

When do I need to ship my flowers to you?

For the best possible outcome with the freshest possible flowers, it’s best your flowers arrive with us within 24-72 hours.

Our drying technique preserves the color and shape as best as possible, so if they arrive bruised or damaged, they will dry bruised and damaged.

If you’ve already dried your flowers, you can ship to us anytime.

How do I get my flowers to you?

When placing your custom order request, we will send you a step-by-step tip sheet to guide you through our prefer method of shipping. We are based in Austin, TX.

If your local to Austin, you can drop off the flowers directly with us.

Do they need to be dried already?

No, we have a special process of drying flowers in silica gel, maintaining your flower’s color and shape as best as possible.

However, if you did already dry your flowers, we can still preserve them in resin and you get 10% off.

Can you preserve old flowers I’ve already dried?

Yes! And you get 10% off for already drying them! Time to put those flowers you’ve had hanging upside down in the closet or closed in a book to use!

How do I keep my flowers fresh until I ship?

Do your best to avoid touching the petals. Bruising is a natural and common occurrence (think of a banana) but they still have a chance at beautiful preservation. Try keeping your flowers in a cool, dark room.

Keep your flower stems in water until the point of shipment, followed with our step-by-step shipping guide.

Will all of my flowers be used?

When your flowers arrive, we immediately determine which are the freshest, optimal flowers and greenery to be used in your product(s). The number of flowers is also dependent on the size and quantity of your product request.

We do NOT return un-used flowers.

Will the final piece match my original bouquet?

We thoughtfully and carefully design custom pieces for our customers, and unfortunately not every flower makes the final cut. Although the final piece won’t look like your exact bouquet, we guarantee a beautiful statement to be cherished forever.

Will my flowers change during the process?

Flowers are living and ever-changing until cured in resin. Changes are natural. Each flower is different, and some handle the preservation process better than others. Some common expectations are:

  • White flowers naturally turn yellow or off-white while drying
  • Red, purple, or deep-colored roses will get darker
  • Tropical flowers and greenery often times turn entirely brown, or don’t survive the drying process at all.
  • Dark spots or “bruises” and/or translucent spots may occur during the resin process.

How do I ship my flowers to you?
  1. Place a wet paper towel or water tubes on the bottom of the stems to get them hydrated during shipping.
  2. If you use a wet paper towel, secure it around the base of stems inside a ziplock bag to avoid spillage.
  3.  Securely pack the flowers in the box with tissue paper or packing peanuts to avoid movement and damage.
  4. Reach out with any additional questions

We have a step-by-step document for additional guidance and demonstration.

We are in Austin, TX. If you live in the area, you can drop your flowers off with us.

Care & Display

Try to keep your resin piece out of direct sunlight, and simply wipe it clean from time to time.

Over time, the resin might naturally develop a yellowed tint or glow, especially if exposed to direct sunlight. This adds a natural vintage-type beauty, and your piece will still be crystal clear.

Order Changes

If you would like to add or remove an item, please email us directly and we’ll update your quote! If we’ve already begun working on your piece, it may be too late so the sooner, the better.

If your flowers arrive and we find there aren’t enough usable stems to work with (see Preparation for our note on Tropical flowers) then we will salvage what we can and give you alternative options.
